Q: My item has not arrived, I think it may have got lost!
UK orders: Items are classed by Royal Mail as 'lost in post' after 15 working days (i.e. 3 weeks).
Overseas orders: Items are classed by DHL as 'lost in post' after 20 working days (i.e. 4 weeks).
Please contact your local sorting office, during this period, in case your order is being held there. After this period please contact us and we will offer you 2 options. 1. A replacement item. 2. A full refund. We will then claim losses back from Royal Mail, ensuring our customers have a worry free experience.
