Dreamgirl Returns Policy:
We offer excellent customer service, and deal with every customer enquiry quickly. It can be very frustrating for customers, if you are not happy with your purchase. Please contact us and we will resolve your problem(s) quickly and efficiently.
Dreamgirl have a strict non-return policy, unless faulty, for hygiene reasons. Returns are accepted for 'change of mind' but only if item is unopened with sealed packaging intact, and in a perfect re-sellable condition.
Return rate for Dreamgirl is very low. Please make your choice carefully and ensure you choose the correct size. Faulty items must be reported immediately, upon opening of your item. We cannot accept responsibility for snags, tears, ladders made by the customer.
Our returns policy forms part of our terms and conditions, please read this fully. Essex’ee Legs is compliant with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 Notice.
There is a “cooling off” period in which to make up your mind if you want the goods or not. This period is 30 days from the receipt of the goods in which you can cancel the contract.
You do not have to have a reason to cancel – a simple change of mind is enough, but the returned item(s) will only be accepted if unopened due to hygiene reasons, and they must be in a perfect re-sellable condition, with sealed packaging intact.
If any items are received faulty we are happy to refund or exchange your goods with a replacement, similar or refund.
The item(s) must be returned to us before we can send a replacement, or issue a refund. Please be aware that refunds can take up to 30 days to be processed.
Faults must be notified to us as soon as possible (within 30 days of order) and must be a genuine fault. Hosiery and lingerie is delicate; to get the maximum wear please put on slowly and carefully to avoid laddering. We cannot accept responsibility for laddering, snags or tears made by the customer.
To return the item(s) pack carefully, include your Invoice received from Essex’ee Legs (if you do not have this please include order number), add a brief note for the reason of return and tell us if you require a refund or replacement, pay the postage costs (use a safe method with tracking, first or second class recorded is recommended).
Essex’ee Legs will not be held liable for the loss of any returned item(s). We recommend that you obtain Proof of Postage and take out adequate parcel insurance to cover against consequential loss by the Post Office.
On receipt we will issue refund or dispatch replacement as requested. If the return is because of an error on our part or due to a faulty item we will refund the original and return postage. We will deliver any replacement items FREE of charge.
If the item is a return through your change of mind, original and return postage will not be refunded. If you have requested a replacement item and it is no longer in stock we will offer a similar item or offer a refund. If you notify us of your intention to return goods and these are not returned, you are still liable to us for the cost of your order.
